- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Use the gray search bar at the top of the page to search for a retailer.
- In the search results, click on the store's name or logo. A modal will appear showing your brand's relationship with the retailer.
- In the Business Management modal, you'll see "Add and remove Authorized Dealer Status."
- If you are a distributor, you'll see all of the brands you distribute listed.
- If you are a brand, you'll see your brand listed.
- If the retailer is not an authorized dealer for your brand, click the "Invite to be Authorized Dealer" button.
- The retailer will receive a message and an email with your invite. A new ticket will also be created in the system. The retailer can approve or decline your request via their Ticket Tracking page.
