- Log in to your Shop Local Store.
- At the very top of your Shop Local site, click Orders. You'll be taken to the Orders home page.
- On the Orders home page, you'll see all of your store's orders. Click Wholesale to view the wholesale orders placed by your store.
- Click on the Order ID if you wish to view a specific order.
- On the order's Details page, you can view the carrier, tracking number, and current shipping status next to "Ship method." If the brand has not entered a tracking number, click Request Tracking Number.
- A modal will appear with a pre-populated message. Click Request Tracking Number to send the message to the brand
