If your store needs to invite a brand's sales rep, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Browse to a brand's home page (Collections page).
- On the Collections page, please scroll to the bottom of the page and find the area "For Merchant Admins: [brand] Settings & Wholesale Reordering Terms.". This section displays the brand's settings and wholesale information.
- To invite the brand's sales rep, click the "Invite Your Sales Rep" link.
A modal will appear where you can enter the sales rep's name and email. The modal also includes a message for the rep, asking them to join you on Bridge Shop Local. You may edit the message if you wish.
- Click the "Send Invite" button.
If your store needs to edit or remove the brand's sales rep, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Browse to a brand's home page (Collections page).
- On the Collections page, please scroll to the bottom of the page and find the area "For Merchant Admins: [brand] Settings & Wholesale Reordering Terms.". This section displays the brand's settings and wholesale information.
- To edit the brand's sales rep, click the "Edit" link under the sales rep's contact information.
You will be able to change the sales rep assigned to the brand by selecting the sales rep's name from the drop-down menu.
- To remove the brand's sales rep, click the "Remove" link under the sales rep's contact information.
