In June1998, Secretary of State Albright launched the Northwest China TeleHealth Service in Xi'an. Her delegation included Secretary of Commerce Daley, US Senators and Representatives, and 30 officials from both countries. The event was covered by several news agencies, including the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, and "News.com" at CNet.com.
